Woodys Pub & Cafe

Service is usually good. Bar tenders are polite. Regulars seem to know each other very well. Woodys is a good pub to visit when wanting to visit with people or play a game of pool.

One short, chubby bartender with half his belly exposed and a bad blond dye job was unnecessarily rude, bitchy and didn't know how to mix a Rob Roy!Decor was something out of 1972 complete with ripped upholstery and filthy bathrooms. AVOID at all costs!

Very dull decor, and semi-qualified bartenders...sorry, boys, but you don't put OLIVES in a COSMOPOLITAN.

Been to Woodys a number of times. Find the staff to be pleasant. Can't complain about the cost - fairly inexpensive drinks compared to other bars.

Made it clear that I was from out of town and asked for information. The staff was very unhelpful and the gloated "I'm a bitch, what can I say!" Never went back for the rest of my stay in Edmonton. The other bars were immediately much more friendly and obliging.
